About Us

The St. John experience Gallery was created to showcase the beauty of St. John. The goal is to capture the reason customers fall in love with the island, and give them something to take home. The gallery displays images from new angles and perspectives, giving an exciting twist to traditional beach photos.

The gallery was started by Jillian Grossman and Jason Hubert, two St. John USVI residents. Jason moved to St. John after graduating from Washington University in 2009. He resided and worked on island for a year before returning to the states to begin law school at George Washington University. After working for a year as a lawyer, Jason decided it was time to move back to St. John. Jillian met Jason in 2014, as she was finishing her masters program in Elementary and Special Education. The two of them decided to pack up and begin their island life together. They have lived on St. John ever since and are still in love with the island.

All photography in the gallery was taken by owner Jason Hubert and his father Scott Hubert. The two of them have always had a passion for photography, and they are so excited to be able to share their images with other St. John lovers.
